Shipping & Pickup

Free in-store pickup

• We'll email you when your order is ready, usually the same day during business hours.
• Bring your order email and a photo ID that matches the name on the order.
• We hold pickup orders for 7 days. After that we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping (United States only)

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after that.
• The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You'll get a tracking number by email.
• Phones and other devices may require a signature on delivery.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at service@micro-techwireless.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Sales tax

New Jersey sales tax is charged on pickup orders and on orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.
