Return & Refund Policy

14-day returns

• Return the item within 14 days of the date you bought it or picked it up (for shipped orders, the delivery date).
• Bring your receipt, order email, or delivery-app order number.
• Phones, tablets, laptops and other devices must be in the same condition you received them, with all included accessories and packaging.
• Before returning a device, sign out of and remove your iCloud / Google / Samsung account and turn off Find My. We can't accept a device that is still locked to your account.
• There is no restocking fee.

How you get your money back

• Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Cash purchases are refunded in cash or store credit, your choice.
• Uber Eats and DoorDash orders: bring the item to our store. Depending on the platform, the refund may be issued through the app.

Items we can't take back

• Screen protectors that have been applied.
• Opened in-ear headphones and earbuds (for hygiene reasons), unless they are defective.
• Repair labor and services that were completed (repairs are covered by our Repair Warranty instead).
• Phone line activations, prepaid plans, refill cards and gift cards.
• Special orders and items clearly marked “Final sale” at the time of purchase.
• Items damaged after purchase (drops, liquid, cracks) or with signs of tampering.

Defective items

If something you bought from us doesn't work properly, bring it back. Within 14 days we'll refund or exchange it. After that, devices are covered by our Device Warranty and new products by the manufacturer's warranty.

Shipped orders

Email service@micro-techwireless.com or call (201) 222-3315 to start a return. You can drop it off at the store or ship it back. If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we pay return shipping; otherwise return shipping is on you, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable.
