Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone, email, and address (for pickups and shipping).
• Order and repair details: what you bought or booked, device model, the issue, and service notes.
• Device identifiers (such as IMEI or serial number) of devices we sell or repair, used for warranty, theft prevention and our records. These are never shown publicly.
• Basic website usage statistics (pages visited, device type) collected without advertising cookies.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To complete your order, repair or pickup, and to contact you about it.
• To provide warranty service and keep business, tax and accounting records.
• To prevent fraud and the sale of stolen devices.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business — payment processing (Stripe), website and database hosting (Vercel, Supabase), and email delivery — and only for that purpose. We may also share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for targeted advertising.

Messages

We send texts and emails about your orders and repairs. We won't send marketing messages unless you agree to them, and you can opt out at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information by emailing service@micro-techwireless.com. We may keep records we're required to keep by law (for example, sales and tax records).

Security and retention

We use access controls and encryption provided by our hosting partners, and keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
